2) Nutrition: it doesn't matter how much you exercise, you will struggle to become one of the many weight loss success stories if you don't have a solid diet. There is an old phrase that rings true, "You are what you eat". If you're consuming high fat, high cholesterol junk food then you are going to feel like junk. If you consume healthy, organic fruits and vegetables along with a solid intake of protein you are going to feel one thousand times better and have a lot more energy in everything you do.

3) Determination: the key to ANY program is your consistency and determination. The best diet in the world won't work for you if you don't work for it. It always humors me that the gym I attend is standing room only each New Year's with countless people aiming for their resolutions, but within only a few weeks a lot of people disappear and give up on their goals.

4) Cooking Methods: another major factor that most people tend to neglect is the cooking methods they are using when preparing their meals. One of the best ways to bake your meals is in a new wave oven which will separate the fats and unhealthy liquids from your foods. Too many people consistently eat fried foods and high-fat items and then wonder why they are not seeing results.
