Mohammad's Weight Loss Story!
When I was 20 years old.
My overall health was the main reason to lose weight.
I wanted a new life, so I changed my nutrition plan and started eating a clean diet.
My nerves! If you plan to lose weight and you are nervous about it, then it will be much more difficult to succeed. You need to clear your mind then clean up your diet.
I noticed results about 1 month after starting my healthy diet but the big changes came after I started working out at the gym.
17 months.
Its been about 8 months. I maintain it by eating a clean diet and I make sure to stay on track with my workouts at the gym which is important to keep up your metabolism.
Results and a new life keep me motivated to continue.
I'm now much healthier and I'm also more handsome than before.
Losing weight means you will look good in clothes and exercising means you will look good naked!

I train 1 large muscle and 1 small muscle every day.
It depends on your current level of body fat. You can do some cardio before or after your weight training workout. In my case, I do cardio 2 times per week and I do it before my main workout.source
