Rapid Weight Loss Success Stories - Are They Real?

When I first started looking at the weight loss programs on the Internet, I was surprised to see so many weight loss success stories. It seemed for every program that I was looking at, there were at least ten success stories or more. That brought me to the conclusion that maybe some of these stories were made up just to sell the product. I began to look at these fad diets, weight loss pills and meal replacement shakes in a new light. How could I believe which program was telling the truth and which was not? It was then that I began a real investigation on weight loss programs.

When I looked at the weight loss success stories, I looked at how many pounds these people lost, and in what amount of time. It was amazing to see some of the results. There is no way they could have lost that amount of weight, in that amount of time, and still remain healthy. I also look at the pictures that were provided, and I could see discrepancies that could only be explained by computer enhancement. I was getting devastated! Who could I believe and not believe? Where could I find real weight loss success stories? Well, I realized that I had no way of knowing whether these were real people or not. So I began to look for real people that had results.

What I discovered was an Asian method for losing weight that was astonishing and turned my life around! What a lot of celebrities were promoting was green tea. They were promoting this, because it worked for them. It not only helped them lose weight, but the other benefits seemed unlimited. I look at some green tea sites and found a wide array of information about this miracle tea. I tried drinking three cups of green tea per day, along with a selection of healthy organic food. I found that I was losing weight naturally and effectively and had created my own weight loss success stories!

To this date, I have lost thirty pounds, and I have twenty more to go. Losing this weight has been effortless and easy thanks to drinking the green tea. Don't fall for the fad diets that tell you that you can lose weight by eating in a certain way that cuts out a lot of your nutritional needs. These diets are dangerous and can only hurt you.
